Method GetContractorErrors

Summary

Get Contractor Errors - Validate contractor licenses

Remarks

Before scheduling inspections for a permit, use this method to check that the contractor associated with the permit has an active license.

If the contractors license is invalid, or there is no contractor found, then this method will return rows that have the contractor error code and message.

If the contractors license is valid, the ErrorCode will be 0000 and no rows will be returned.
